Stuffed Shells Recipe

I am kicking myself for not taking a picture for the blog but if you are here the video was visual enough 😋. The full recipe is below and don’t forget to wash your hands, cook with love and bless your food.💕

Ingredients

Ground beef  (Ground Turkey is healthier)

Spaghetti sauce

Seasonings of your choice. (I cheated and used taco seasonings) Parsley, pepper and garlic powder.

Olive oil

 Salt

Mushrooms

Minced Garlic

Cooking wine

Large Pasta Shells

Ricotta Cheese

Parmesan

Shredded cheddar cheese

Egg

Ranch powder

Preheat oven to 385. Start boiling water for pasta. Add salt and olive oil. Add pasta and cook for about four minutes. Remove from stove, drain water and allow to cook. You need them slightly firm so you can stuff them. No worries. pasta will finish cooking when in oven).

Brown ground beef, drain drippings and add seasonings. In a separate pan, sauté mushrooms in olive oil, minced garlic and cooking wine. When mushrooms are tender add to ground beef. Add spaghetti sauce to ground beef and reduce heat.

Mix egg, ricotta and Parmesan cheese. I added some ranch powder to the mixture. Why? Because I love ranch so don’t you judge me. Carefully stuff your shells

Add a layer of the spaghetti mixture to your baking dish. Layer with your stuffed shells and then layer again with spaghetti mixture. Top with shredded cheddar cheese and add to oven for about ten minutes. And VOILA!

Teriyaki Chicken and Sundried Tomato Rice

Clean and prep chicken drumsticks. Preheat oven to 385. Use your seasonings of choice. I combined melted butter, olive oil, tumeric, garlic powder, pepper, Italian seasoning, and orange pepper. Pour over drumsticks and put in oven. Add water to pot and cook rice. In separate skillet, add olive oil, kale minced garlic, better than bouillon and Sundried tomato. Cook until done. Once chicken is nearly done, pour teriyaki sauce on top and put bake in oven for 15 more minutes. Once rice is done, combine with kale mixture. Top rice with chicken and try not to hurt yourself. Be sure to bless your food first.😉
